  1. Download and complete the forms above.
  2. Email them to info.allstardance1@gmail.com.
  3. Call 714.408.5959 for entry fees and package pricing.
  4. Mail a cashier's check or money order to 3657 Dowitcher Ter, Fremont, CA 94555.

Personal checks are not accepted. Cashier's check or money order only.

Refunds

There are no refunds for cancellations. Credit is offered toward the following year's competition instead.
